Creality Sermoon S1 3D Scanner The Sermoon S1 is a professional 3D scanner that combines very high accuracy and speed with remarkable versatility. The advanced Multi-Light system with blue lasers and NIR structured light enables precise scanning of both small details and large objects – without markers or spray, even in difficult lighting conditions. The device offers stable, smooth operation thanks to intelligent algorithms and effective temperature compensation. Powerful AI-enabled software simplifies the entire scanning and data processing process. It is a comprehensive tool designed for professional engineering, design, and manufacturing applications. Versatile Multi-Light system The Sermoon S1 uses a unique combination of several scanning technologies, allowing you to precisely match the operating mode to the specific task. A single laser line allows for accurate mapping of deep holes and hard-to-reach areas, 7 parallel blue laser lines capture fine details with high resolution, and 34 cross lines significantly speed up the scanning of medium and large objects. The whole is complemented by an innovative four-lens NIR structured light, which enables fast, markerless scanning of large objects, including human silhouettes. Uncompromising metrological precision The scanner offers a scanning accuracy of 0.02 mm and a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.08 mm/m. These parameters allow for precise, non-destructive inspections in various industries, as well as accurate reproduction of complex geometries and technical details. Thanks to its optimized optical path, the Sermoon S1 effectively handles deep cavities, narrow gaps, and recesses, maintaining high accuracy even in difficult scanning conditions. High performance and impressive speed The advanced hardware design allows for scanning speeds of up to 90 fps and data acquisition of up to 1,428,000 points per second. Parallel line and single line modes operate at up to 90 fps, while cross line mode operates at up to 70
